As CEPPOL is a unit of the French Navy, its primary partners are naturally the other Navy units liable to be involved in response preparedness and actions to respond to pollution at sea. Its main points of contact are the pollution response services of the different naval bases, naval fire brigades, public service patrol boats and LASEM (French Navy analysis, surveillance and expertise laboratories).
